CT-0162 is a superb luxury chalet, located in the traditional village of Le Praz, just 5 minutes walk from the gondola leading to Courchevel 1850.

Le Praz is an authentic village with several shops and restaurants, and is easily accessible to other levels of Courchevel by a regular free bus service and the cable cars.

This village of 200 years old barn has been renovated with taste while retaining its original features. The interior has been fitted and furnished in a warm style that is both contemporary and pleasant, with a great level of comfort.

The large living room occupies the entire top floor and includes a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting area around a fireplace. From the balcony facing east, we see the Jean Blanc trail.

The chalet has 4 twin bedrooms, each with a bathroom or ensuite shower. Two bedrooms can have two single beds on request.

The duvet covers and towels are included and beds are made on arrival.
