“ON REQUEST – Dog is welcome as long as it does not go in bedrooms or sit on furniture. The tenants must be responsible for clearing away any of the dogs “toilet activities” so there is no poo.. etc… left around the balcony and area. It must be looked after at all times please.  An additional damage deposit will be required.
