In its slope-side location, the two-Michelin-star restaurant Le 1947 reveals a refined leather-clad décor and caters to just 25 guests every evening, in a single sitting. Each season, Chef Yannick Alléno creates a series of menus, and offers the Cheval Blanc gues​ts a unique experience.

Through a selection process resulting from a long investigation, he extracts the quintessence of the product and designs one-of-a-kind dishes.

The restaurant’s open kitchen gives a feeling of transparency, offering diners a view on the chefs at work and inviting them to step behind the scenes to add their own touch to some of the Alléno dishes.​​
