Since 2009 the chef Jean-Andre Charial is the head chef of this restaurant, which has won a popularity in Courchevel.
In the Restaurant Le Strato is found an elegance, where you can drink cocktails and mixed drinks while you are warming near the cozy fireplace. His specialty is the “Strato Cocktail”.
Besides these two establishments, the Hotel Le Strato has another restaurant with outdoor terrace and fantastic views of the mountains.
